The story of Levent Borek

Levent Usta, who strived to improve himself through the knowledge and experience transferred by his father and dedicated himself to developing
new borek products in the family owned business borek varieties created by him as a borek product.

For Many Years

Which served in Adana auto industrial zone in a modest stand for many years, and the establishment restructured itself based on a new partnership model in 2018 and started a new journey through the investment incentives received.

Production Facility

It started operating in the 4200 m2 production facility.

Production Capacity and Personnel

Today the establishment has an annual production capacity of 3,600,000 kg of filled borek. As of today, the number of the personel working in the production facility is 120.

Personnel

We ensure the standard of service branch with the help of our team consisting of 1000 people.

By this practice, which has not been tried before by any other establishment in the food industry, the filled borek are deep frozen in the production facility and packaged without trays and this provides a great advantage in terms of decreasing both operational cost and logistics cost.

Business Model

After a short training period, the investors become enough to ensure the operational continuity in their branches through the established business model that provides certain advantages and does not any skill. In the business model, which is structured based on the goal of “everyone can do every job” in the branches, the borek products come from the production facility in Adana in cold chain by deep freezing without a tray and are cooked in the stoves in the branches..

Our Branches

We serve almost every location in Turkey through our 170 branches.

We serve through 170 branches in 47 different cities consisting of 49 branches in Istanbul and 17 in Izmir.

What have we achieved so far?

What are our goals and strategy for 2022 and 2023?

Within the framework of the organizational plans made for 2022; it is targeted to increase the total number of branches up to 250 until the end of the year consisting of 20 branches with Neighborhood Concept, 50 branches with Classic Concept and 10 branches with Plus concept.

As of July 2022 , the total number of active branches has reached 170 and this number will increase to 250 with the branches to be opened by the end
of 2022.
